Mastering anger

Anger is a valuable emotion, but when in excess it can be costly: it strains your body, harms your relationships & reputation, may lead you to underperformance & behaviors you later regret.

If you can tolerate other people’s mistakes or different views, you self-regulate and are able to:

  • stand your ground without becoming aggressive or passive
  • protect what’s important, by asserting yourself firmly yet respectfully
  • manage conflicts & disagreements constructively
