Hello, I’m Despina Mantesi
I am an Occupational Psychologist, and I employ the latest insights from behavioral sciences to help executives and teams think clearly, collaborate effectively, and make better & faster decisions. I specialize in supporting leaders and complex teams to unlock their full potential and be highly effective in what they set out to do.
In my 1:1 counselling practice, my clients learn how to cultivate their cognitive flexibility & emotional resilience and how to promote their problem-solving & leadership skills. As an Organization Development practitioner, I partner with teams and organizations to help them promote alignment, cohesion, accountability, constructive conflict resolution and habits that drive both team & individual growth.
Academically, I hold a BSc in Psychology (Panteion University), an MSc in Occupational Psychology (University of London) and Certifications in Positive Psychology (Hellenic Association of Positive Psychology) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (Hellenic Institute for Rational-Emotive & Cognitive Behavior Therapy). Most importantly, I have more than 25 years of experience and understanding of human systems in various business environments & sectors, and I’m always looking for my next challenge.
