(6) The more you practice positivity and (7) sharpen your optimism, the happier you feel, (8) Using your strengths makes you happy, and so does (9) the pursuit of long-term goals and engaging activities, Finally, (10) meaningful relationships are considered the most significant component of happiness; and these always begin with a good relationship with yourself.
